Hi Rhonda,

This is a beautiful staging job and I especially love the living room. I'm just curious.  You said you were hired by the mortgage company. Was this a short sale or a foreclosed property?

Everything looks amazing!  Really shows off the homes features.  I absolutley love the color scheme in the bathrooms!!!!

BTW, there is a typo on the master bedroom page...it should say "ceiling".

Keep up the awesome work!

Donna, Thanks for your comments. The color of the sofa is salmon. The brick in the fireplace was a little tricky to work with, it was a little  bit orange, not quite terra cotta, not rust or brown. But, overall I thought this choice was a good complement to the brick.

Susan, thanks for your feedback. The living room is quite dramatic with the windows and fireplace, so I tried to keep that going with the color and art. It was not a short sale or foreclosure, it was an investment property.

Wanda, thanks so much for your comments. I was able to use some of my current inventory, but I did shop quite a bit for this house because of the color scheme I wanted to use. I was lucky to find just what I was hoping for.....isn't it great when you find just what you have in mind?

Cindy, hey thanks for the good proofreading!  I corrected my typo, I posted this way too late last night and was too tired to catch it, so thanks.  You know I am loving that color scheme I used in the bathroom as well, I might just have to redo my own bathroom now. Oh, well it's an occupational hazard isn't it?
