If you have been driving down Lake Road recently you may have noticed some SOLD signs. Lake front property sales are picking up in the last 2 months in Avon Lake and other lake road communities of Bay Village and Rocky River.  The pick up can be credited to decrease in home prices paired with positive mortgage packages available.  There are some great values out there.  Will they last? That one I can not answer but we can easily anticipate one of two things.  The seller can take their home off the market as a result of no offers over extensive period of time. Or second a market event can suddenly surge the market that home already discounted home sells before you can blink.  Those are extremes.  Sure there was a market plunge today.  But the President's stimulus package is very exciting.  If you are interested in a lake front home be it North or South side you should schedule a tour this weekend and take a look at what Avon Lake and surrounding communities have to offer.

Struggling to search for Avon Lake, Avon, North Ridgeville, Sheffield Lake and Sheffield Village Homes?  Need some easier way to do it on the go?  Trulia and Zillow are great programs however they are not local.  They are not current to activity at the minute and projections on values of homes are questionable based on global measures and not having local information as a local Realtor would.  So what to do? Add my search engine to your mobile devise or if need be your computer and get direct and current home sales, open houses, know when the house is off the market and sold right away plus you can find similar homes in the area.  The site will spin right off the GPS on your phone if you give permission for you to do so and with that it will give you comparables while you are in the driveway of that dream home.  How could you ask for more?
