Bill, this was the first home I ever sold, after getting my real estate license in October '73.  They've lived there all this time, still have the BH&G Handman Book I gave them, and even remember our after-settlement lunch at Crofton Country Club.  I guess their calling me to sell is a good recommendation for never giving up on keepin in touch with clients!

And I must comment on the school... my children attend Whitehall.  Wow!  Could not ask for anything better.  If you are new to the area make sure you look at MSA testing scores for Whitehall.  You will be truly impressed.
