Back in December, I commented to a client that I was quoted in the Residential Real Estate Outlook for 2009 article in the Dallas Business Journal. I promised that I would post a link from my Blog, but the Dallas Business Journal has a policy of keeping these articles accessible online for “subscribers only” for several weeks. Well, I got caught up in the holidays and a busy January and forgot to go back and post the article once it was publicly available… another tick on the clock of my “15 Minutes of Fame”.
This week my client called me up and when I answered my phone, merely said, “Well???” I said “Well what?” at which point she reminded me that I had promised to post the link to my quotes so that she could see them. Never being one to disappoint a fan, here is the link: Residential real estate biz faces rocky road (Note: My quote is near the end of the article)
While certainly more interesting from an outlook perspective before 2009 actually began, I like to think of my perspective as timeless and relevant (perhaps even more so) today. Judge for yourself and let me know whether you agree or not!

Congratulations Steve for the recognition. You are correct, good interest and a great numer of affordable homes to select from. If I were in the market looking to purchase now is "prime time" to do so. Keep going and keep up that great attitude and customer service you offer. My business is the same, if I don't answer the phone when it rings they don't hang around , they go to the next number looking for the insepctor.
