Spring and I have a love/hate relationship.
LOVE: Playing sports; I am currently in two softball leagues (The Columbus Softball League, near Forest Lake, MN. A church league down in Edina, I play for Colony Park Church) and one Volleyball League (We play over at Sager's Bar in Centerville, SAND VOLLEYBALL!)
HATE: Allergies! I tell ya, I NEVER used to have allergies. Then, I hit 19 years of age and BAM! They came on like a freight train. It's funny because they've died down a little since I started having them, but I still need to take allergy medicine everyday.
LOVE: Finally getting to roll the windows down again. I love to wear sandals and go bare foot every now and again as well. Minnesota weather is so funny though. One day you're wearing sandals and that night you're borrowing someone's hooded sweatshirt... the next morning you're shoveling snow :(
HATE: The Minnesotan Season of Road Contruction. Always allowing for an extra hour or so because you don't quite know what detours you're going to have to take that day. "Well, I'm heading to Burnsville. Gotta be there by 3:00 in the afternoon. It's 8:00am now. I'll probably have to go through Maple Grove for some reason. I'd better get ready to go..."
LOVE: Twin's Baseball! I'm a huge fan of the Minnesota Twins. In fact, I'm going to the Twins/White Sox game tonight. I can never pick a favorite player because they all make me happy, and I yell at the TV at them sometimes too. Though I think I'll wear my Morneau Jersey tonight. Torii Hunter is THIS year's MVP!
HATE: All the Pre-Pre-Pre-Season Football talk. Ugh! I can't start thinking about football at the beginning of baseball season. It's all these reports about who made it to the first day of rookie camp, and that camp for starters is only X amount of days away. BOO. Talk to me when the third or fourth game of preseason is over.
LOVE: The new Spring Real Estate Market. I think that this is going to be such a great season for new home buyer's. They just have to buy smart and get the right home AND mortgage for them. That was such a big problem a few years ago, those mortgages that weren't right for the excited buyers. I've got the solution for both problems.
HATE: That I haven't met YOU yet. I love to talk to new people all the time. I want to see what you need, what you want, what your dreams/dream home are/is like! Let's work together and go through this process as a team. The end result will be amazing.
