Thanks guys I expect these to move pretty quickly, its not very often you see REO car washes on the market. I've been doing some research and here is what I have been told.

1826 Minnesota has a history of $8-10,000 gross monthly volume.

3020 N 59th St. has a history of $12-15,000 a month.

Now that's cash-flow!
