Since my tape measure broke yesterday evening when I was measuring some final things in my basement before the contractors came over this morning IT BROKE!  Since I have 4 NEW Listings coming up very soon, I knew I needed to act quickly to get a new one....

What I found was AWESOME!  For about $25.00 at Lowes, I found a laser measurer and all you have to do is point it and click the button and it gives you a measurement.  I will be able to measure out these homes faster than ever! 

Just wanted to pass this along to those at AR who also measure their listings...

I couldn't believe the price on it.  I saw one for only $25.00 at Lowes yesterday.  When they first came out I could have sworn I saw them for like $100 or more...

I love my laser measurer. My husband bought it for me the first Christmas I was in real estate. I almost threw it at him at first because I thought it was a ploy to buy me something he could use, but I love it!
