You have to believe in yourself and what you think can do.  

Don't become distracted by what others tell you, you can't do.  

Believe in yourself your abilities; create the vision in your mind of your desired outcome to any objective you have as if it has already been accomplished, and take massive active to accomplish your objective.  

Many times we are challenged to do the things in which we did not think we could do.

The differences between achieving you're desired out come and missing your target is your personal belief system.   

Believe in yourself and what you can do and then do it.

During my first ten years of life, my mom was quite adept at telling me what a failure I was and would be. So I met her expectations during those 10 years. Then my wise old paternal grandmother adopted me and spent the next eight years telling me that I could do whatever I wanted to do. Guess who won.
