I read a report today from Richard Fillip, RE/MAX of Texas. In it, he stated that 50% of all new jobs created in America in 2008 were in Texas.
Think some of those jobs could be in places like this? As REALTORS we are at the center of a new energy revolution.
There is nothing like being at the right place at the right time!

anna - i bought stock a few years ago in companies that specialize in turbine energy. hasn't moved much yet but i am NOT letting it go! i have faith and i know that eventually the tides will turn. there are some wind fields that are planned (and a few constructed) in the mountains here. some of the arguments against them were that they weren't pretty. keep in mind that they are contained and away from the scenic areas anyhow.

Anna - The saying goes "don't mess with Texas" we are continuing to grow. Nice to see you back blogging on Active Rain. Been watching the paper to see what happens with The Scooter Store, sure hope N.B. can find a place for the additional personnel they will hire.
