How is your 2009 Business Plan coming along?

So we have about 2 months down in 2009 and it may be time to dust off that business plan again to do a status update. The best example I have ever heard of a business plan was given to me like this: "A business plan is like a living, breathing organism. You need to take care of it daily." Taking care of it daily means looking at it and making the adjustments as you continue through out the year. Too often we create the plans but we fail to follow and track how the plan is working.
