This is a coming soon notice.  I have recently agreed to begin marketing a luxury home at 27867 Meadowlark Drive in Golden, Colorado.  The address is technically in Golden but the home is actually much closer to all of the conveniences of North Evergreen.  Meadowlark is in Spring Ranch which is a little known, secret neigborhood just South of the Chief Hosa exit.  The Chief Hosa exit is one exit closer (East) to Denver from the Evergreen exit.  I foresee most of my marketin materials referring primarily to Evergreen when discussing the merits of this home since many of the residents are more socially active in Evergreen than they are Golden.  Nevertheless, stay tuned for more information.  I'll be poosting more and more information, news, pictures and video about this home as we approach the official launch date!  Information and media will also be located on my primary blog about Evergreen Real Estate
