CREEKSTONE HOMES AND COLORADO SPRINGS REALTORS!

 I find it fascinating that new home builders and Colorado Springs Realtors have such an excellent working relationship.  At CreekStone Homes our sales with Realtors is about 85%.  15% of sales are without Realtors.  In other parts of the country Real estate Agents are paid anywhere from 1%-2.5%.  Realtor bonuses are $500-$1000, not like Pulte Homes giving away a plasma TV with each sale or anything like that.  I believe that if builders in other parts of the country gave their Realtors a reason to sell their produce they would see a dramatic increase in sales.  last year at CreekStone Homes we sent one agent and their spouse to Las Vegas for a 4 night get away. Many thanks to the agent for selling many of our homes in 2008! On that note I would like to roll out CreekStone Homes 2009 Realtor Program. (sorry it isn't a Pulte Homes plasma with every sale) Please see below.... I would love to hear what the rest of the country is doing.  I hope I have many agents in the $10,000 drawing. (you could get many plasmas, let Pulte Homes know!)
