Buyers

Make sure your pre-approved before going out to look at homes.  This way you will be well informed of what your monthly payments will be.  Not being pre-approved could make you loose the house of your dreams.

If anyone needs a lender referral.  Please let me know.  I have a handful of great lenders.

Have a great day all!

So true. When I first started out, when  buyer came knocking, I just started showing them homes. After a bit smartening up, I finally decided that they don't get to see a house until they are pre-qualified. It is better for them and for me.

Dan:

Time is truly money in the real estate business.  Ensuring prospects have the capacity to close helps sales agents invest their limited time more productively.  I'm glad you used the term pre-appoved vs. pre-qualified.  A page of my website is dedicated to the difference.

Perhaps you will see you way to including me on your list of preferred lenders?
