I've been doing a lot of complaining lately.  About the mortgage mess.  The homeowners losing their homes to foreclosure.  The lenders who don't seem to care and don't think they have to follow procedures or laws.  The greedy giant corporations who can't even figure out how to clean up their messes.  The excessive use of consumer debt - secured or not.  The government not getting a clue about what is causing our economic downslide, or how to fix it.

And I'm sure I have every reason to complain.  Who could blame me?  You probably have some of the same concerns yourself.

But today I'm going to attempt some solutions.  It's almost overwhelming, and a lot of effort, and maybe nobody will listen when I show them some solutions.  But I've got to do something constructive besides complain. 

So I'll need your help, Compadre.  If you are willing.

PART 1 gathers homeowner stories.  About loan mods, foreclosures, bankruptcy, short sales, evictions, and dealing with lenders.  I don't expect any of these to be pretty stories.  After all, we haven't seen many lenders "get smart" and follow better business practices, than the horrible procedures that got them into this mess.

So please post or email me your stories.  Or you neighbor's stories.  Or your client's.

If you can, send proof, like copies of documentation (PDF files only).  If they want, they can white-out their names on the docs.  But I do need to know the state (because each state has different laws).
