Better Than A Paycheck!

I just got a nice paycheck. I mean, thank you note. More than a year ago I started working with these wonderful sellers, and we went through some challenging times together. But letters like this are what keep me going. And isn't that what real estate is all about?

Josef, These sellers made a very difficult situation, a joy. Everyone should have an opprotunity to work with the likes of April and Marianna.

Margaret, This is priceless, isn't it? When times are tough as they are today, this is what keeps us going. You are clearly the best!

This is why I love working in this industry......the appreciation is so genuine!

There is nothing better than a letter like that from a client. It makes the check seem like gravy - the comments are what keeps us going!

I commented once to a client that I saved her letter to read on days when things were difficult - she said that I should also read it on days that were great - so that they would be even greater.

Congratulations, Margaret. I keep notes like this on hand for those days that leave me feeling "not so fresh". They truly are better than a paycheck.

Congrats on the thank you note! I LOVE getting thank you notes! Getting thank you notes, buying settlement gifts and seeing the expression on a buyer's face when they find "their" home are the highlights for me.
