Currently there are 64 single family homes on the market in Medway.  That’s two more than the last week.  The houses have an average list price of $494,598 and an average market time of 200 days.  The 2 house increase to the market this week is due to properties re-entering the market because there were no new homes added in the last 7 days. There are 15 properties available for $300,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are 8 properties listing for $800,000 or more, three of which are new construction to be built. 

No single family homes went under agreement in the last week. However, there are currently 12 properties currently under agreement in Medway that are waiting for closing. Up to six of these should close before next Monday.

There are currently 14 condos on the market, five of which are new construction at Pine Ridge Drive.  The condo average list price is $293,357 with an average price per square foot of $909.  Average time on market is 223 days. There is more variety available in the condo market at the moment.  There are two available on Village Street, two in the Sanford Mill Condos, one on Lovering Street and a few that are in condo-ized houses. The condo on Heritage Drive is still flagged to go under agreement. 

The multi-family market in Medway remains at a standstill. There are currently 4 multi family homes on the market.  The average list price is $604,950 with an average market time of 290days.
