- Better Warranty. There a new home warranties that come with the home. Each individual product will have a warranty from the manufacturer as well!
-Better construction materials. Your clients can see the process of the building. They know who the contractors are. New homes usually have more energy efficient qualities. Every day people in the industry come up with new ways to improve products, such as flexible piping underneath slab.
- Safer homes. Building codes are constantly improving to make homes safer. Your clients don't have to worry about asbestos and lead paint in a new home.
- Peace of mind. In an older home, you don't really know all the repairs that have happened. The locks don't need to change, because you know you are the only with the keys. They know that no one has clipped theirtoenails on their carpet!
- Lower maintenance- Your clients aren't inheriting someone's else problems. They won't have to spend the money to update the home. They know where to get replacement materials if they need them.
