I have to share with you that I just pulled off another coup.  Or should I say that God did.  Just a few months ago, Tom Ward, a national mortgage speaker and owner of Majestic Consulting, referred me to Teresa-Carly Brown.  Teresa has had her own mortgage brokerage company for many years as the owner of Riverbend Mortgage.  See her site at www.riverbendmortgage.com. 

Needless to say, I was drawn to Teresa by her humilty and her desire for something greater.  You see, when you meet owners, there are a lot of egos out there.  I have to say that what makes Teresa great is that she is humble, has a vision and will listen to others.  She has a great team.

Teresa joins us from Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa.  I have a lot of family in Iowa, most notably Iowa City and Grinnell, but Teresa now gives me an excuse to get out there more often.  Mostly, though...I'm attracted to Teresa as she has the values that my company desires and that I feel are a necessity if I'm going to work with someone.

Larry... well, they certainly picked one of the better companies and to work along side someone that truly knows what he is doing. But you spelled my companies name wrong... and my name. lol  Seriously, they did truly get a great person to lead them into battle for 2009, that I do know. congrats.
