Harvey West Auctioneers has scheduled a trustee sale of the home at 144 Kent Oaks Way, Kentlands Gatehouse, Gaithersburg MD 20878.

The trustee sale auction, at the courthouse steps in Rockville, is set for March 4, 2009 at 10:36 AM.  The required deposit, in cash or certified funds is $25,000. Interested bidders should carefully read the advertisement which has appeared in The Washington Post. According to the advertisement, the defaulted loan amount is $619,000. This home is not being offered for inspection.

Trustee sales are open to the public and all qualified bidders. Always check for cancellations before attending.  In the current market, a high percentage of the homes that are sold at trustee sales are purchased by the secured lenders. The lenders then offer the properties for sale when they become part of the REO inventory.
