In my daily life as a professional real estate consultant I encounter many different situations.  Not just buyers or sellers but different kinds of buyers and different kinds of sellers.  

Buyers can come in many different forms, the first time home buyer who has been sitting on the fence wondering if it is time to get off the fence and buy their first home?  (have you seen those commercials on TV?)  With the new stimulus bill that was signed last week there are now 8,000 reason for first time buyers to get off the fence!   If you are a first time home buyer or know one, contact me

I also encounter relocation buyers who are coming to Orange County for a variety of reasons, usually a job transfer!  They often have a short window to review the area, communities, amenities and schools before deciding where to buy their Southern California home!  As a long time resident I thrive on sharing my knowledge of the area with newcomers!   There are also the buyers who have decided it is time for a smaller, more manageable home - as well as those that have outgrown their current home!  Each type of buyer presents a unique set of circumstances. 

Sellers come with different situations as well, and as you can see from the buyer descriptions there are corresponding situations! 

Choosing your real estate consultant should not be a situation of chance!  Your home is the biggest financial investment, be sure to do your research while determining your destiny!
