One of the larger communities in Weston with two man guarded gates is The Ridges. Established around 1997 and completed around 2000. 
The community is located on the south east part of Weston which is at the corner of South Post Rd. and Bonaventure Blvd. It's location is one of popularity with buyers since it is across the street from the Cypress Bay High School, Falcon Cove Middle School, and an elementary school. Our library is just a little north of the schools. Vista Park is on the corner of Bonaventure and Vista Dr. offering soccer and baseball fields.

As you can see from the chart that most homes get a contract and go in to pending sale around 5 months.
