I agree. Check it at the door :)
I completely agree and also think humility can be a strong attribute. Takes away the need to prove and make sure others know how great he/she/they are.
if you are halfway smart, you will have figured out that people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care!!
As far as ego how about our president, Barney Frank and Chris Dodd. Do I need to go on?
Well said. I agree with you fully. There are a ton of people out here that do not see it that way though. Its good to stay away from them.
