When I got out of the car tonight, I smelled chicken cooking. I came on into the house and in the oven was the chicken. The wife took what was left over from the costco chicken put it in a baking dish, covered it with water and baked it for about an hour, then picked out the bones. We had this with 2 sides and it was a very tasty supper. It is amazing how many meals we can eat from those $4.99 costco chickens!
