A Tasty Casserole

Would you ever think that you could make a tasty casserole with left over, stale bread? The wife got a recipe that uses left over bread. She used the bread ends - we don't eat them. She had saved them in the freezer until she got enough for the casserole. The main ingredients were the stale bread and crushed pineapple. It was delicious! Who would have ever thought you could make a great dish from the bread we used to throw away!
