Do We Really Care?

We Need Action, Not Big Sweet Mouth from Obama

Foreclosure Has Its Merits in a Natural Course, Not Just a Problem to Homeowner

See we are so different!

The VIP have their top priority: Bankers.

As to me, a VSP, I have my bottom line: the grass roots of our American society.

Well, they are up there in the sky (or sick) branches; I am down here to the core roots.

Well, they want to inflate ABS value and keep housing price flying up through TARP for them to play with as a toy game;  I just want housing price falling down to earth like the dust rests fast and in peace to be a shelter affordable to our Main Street Mr. Joe and to be a solid ground for a new growth of our national economy.

Well, they want to use government intervention to ease the gravity to increase the value, if any, of Trouble Asset (the first two letter of TARP.)  I prefer to let the nature run its course, continue the driving inertia of the above curve in the case mentioned and finanlly and naturally go to an equilibrium, even the speed of falling has increased.

Well, they love to play a role as my rich grandpa did to my junior uncle: give monthly petty allowance to subsidize those misfortune in order to show they are "Big Brothers" with huge capability and so persistent charitable kindness.  I will take a totally different approach to trust our people by giving them a lump sum of money, at least enough down payment or seed capital, to do or initiate whatever they want.

I mean I will try give them a "free and clear" permanent housing, if possible, instead of helping them pay rent.  For example, in the case I referred to, that means I will give the poor a house of $25,000 immediately, not trying to keep the bubbled price of $338,000 up in the sky high and then try to "reduce" the principal or to "modify" the terms of loan in the name of my "mercy."

In other words, I will let them have no problem to go fishing by themselves, not give them a fish by me and pride myself by so-called "charity" or "government welfare plans" when they cry out of hunger.   Please, with your deep kind and calm thoughts, take a good look at the article: Homelessness Official Wins Praise With Focus on Permanent Housing

Well, they love to show you that they are working hard day and night everyday to deserve the salary and hope; I am just a lazy guy who doesn't want to be a stock day-trader, did I say that before?

So to speak, different people, different position, different life style.  I understand.

The first comment was made by me, the writer of this topic.   However, it is the first time I received a message saying that my comment is a possible SPAM subject to moderation.

Okay, skipping my comment on Ms. Sheila Bair of FDIC, I just say a short words, i.e. I love to see the curve as follows:

Don't confuse rhetoric with reform

What do you think about these 4 reforms against Obama's rhetoric?

Give me your 2 pennies first and I will re-post the first comment I posted here on 2-16 which was treated as a spam and still didn't show up here.  That is about a good looking FDIC's lady saying 5% interest vs. an ugly old guy asking 12% interest.  Who is a real good guy or gal?

Well, a decent people can use "common sense" to see the truth about things around, except those people using symbolics to cover up wrong-doing.  Our politicians are trying to create an ignorant people, if not a stupid one, for our nation.  But, a country has to be composed of smart and knowledgeable people to survive, glorify and success, am I right?

Repost an inquiry as follows:

Specifically, I was wondering about the stats in your blog titled "See we are so different". I was simply curious about those stats and if there were from Florence, TX, because I am not far from there. I have worked with several land owners in that area on 1031 exchanges.

As for my opinion... on that particular article... If I am interpreting your opinion correctly... I do not think we should "give" homeless people money, but providing a place to "live" is alright if there are stipulations to keeping their living arrangements.

Dear Nicole:

Thank you.

It is my error to assume everyone will check the enclosed web-links to see those stats are based on an area in California in the article.

I know you are busy in making money to support your family.  However, I am just wondering if it is the "right" way for you to make money?  I fully understand our universities and colleges don't teach you "how to make money," they have just focused on "How to well equipped with up-date skills to be a good income employee" as right now, all kinds of the junk emails rushed to me claiming how to process a loan modification planned by Obama.  Do I need that after 5 year retirement without a job?

Invite me for a Sunday Brunch and give me 5 minutes.  I will assume you are smart to understand my 2 pennies as my Realtor/ friend Peter volunteered out of his mounth: "I wish we could vote you in the city council."

Well, I like to be free like a bird.  It is really not my concern no matter how stock markets move or those cats are fed well.  I will be okay financially and can insist on my life philosophy: No getting in line to hand out for social entitlement.  Even until now almost everybody I personally talked to accepted my vision, I just write what I think honestly with no expectation that people will accept my viewpoints or I have to be back in the government job, i.e. to ask too much from me.

Well, sounds you don't object to give money to those "sinking" big fat cats, only have problems to give it to the poor/ working class.   Before you talking to me about this, may I ask you to read just one book (I may give you a lot more if you wish):
