what a great place to worka nd live. I am from Florida and sadly to say last year was the first time I had ever been to the Keys. It is now my new favorite place. Sounds like a great deal on that house. I know the majority of rentals stay booked all year down there and any buy would be a great investment purchase. Too bad I am in real estate...my portfolio doesn't look all that great right now :)LOL
