Is there any other Feng Shui practicionner out there?

I have been an adept for over 30 years, and have found that the principles apply so much to Real Estate sales.

I routinely keep in mind the concept when I help my clients prepare their property for Sale and it has made a big difference. Could it be that the ultimate placement of furniture, as well as the judicious use of color and decorative objects have an impact on the potential buyers' perception? What do you think? Has anyone else noticed?

Monique, that would be me, the annoying Feng Shui Consultant on AR :)  I know that you're right, it's the feeling we help to instill in a home with energy and yes, it works.  And real estate agents are getting it, I spoke for the Long Island Board of Realtors in November on Feng Shui and Home Staging and have two more speaking engagements for Realtors coming up.

Thanks for the lovely comment, Maggie.  Anything special you'd like to hear about?  Money, careers, perspectives?  Since there are so many ways of practicing Feng Shui, I thought I'd write about that....might help with some of the confusion (?) about  it.

 I use a feng Shui master to list and market all my properties. I find that is I can bring Seller, Buyer and MAster together on the same page I have great results.Tom

Aloha Tom,

Glad to see that it is workng for you. What area of the country are you in? When I moved to Hawaii 5 years ago, I was surprised to not see very many Feng Shui consultants on the islands. I thought ,that since the practice originated in Asia, everybody would be using it here. But that is not the case.
