Double Whammy

This market almost makes me want to be a first time buyer again. Think about what you can do with an extra $8000.00 TAX-FREE and NO-PAYBACK GIFT from the government.

I agree. who can not use the help. I plan to market this long and hard. This has to bring buyers front and center...

I wish I didn't have a FHA loan cause if it was possible I'd sell my house and buy another to get that credit!
