Do you "dig" to find the right post to read here on Active Rain? Or do you read whatever stand out?  I have noticed lately when I read posts here I am finding so much good material it is hard to keep up with.  I am glad I can come back and pick up where I left off many times.  I am still reading posts where lenders are not honoring their "pre approvals" which just infuriates me.  I know times are hard but lenders need to stand by the pre approval process, after all you were the lender telling the Realtor and client they were good to go.

I also find many hurting people here as well.  Prayer is much needed for a family member or loved one.  What a place to ask for help, Active Rain is it.

All in all what we write here is coming from your living rooms, homes or offices.  When you write you give of yourself, many times not even knowing how your touching someones life.

Long story short... Keep writing, and have fun doing it. You just never know who your going to help.

God bless and have a great week.

Bob,
There are so many wonderful posts here on so many different subjects and with a wide variety of messages.  I tend to read the same members' posts but do try and find a few new members each month.

I go to various groups, and just read the ones where the headers jump out at me. I find there are several people whom I read consistantly.

Cynthia, I am glad to hear your searching for new members.  It is all about supporting each other, and you certainly have supported so many, including my family.  God bless you my friend.

Leslie, I find myself doing the same however I did read a post last month and found it was actually a prayer request for a loved one.  I almost missed it but I guess I was guided to the right post that God intended for us to read.  Take care Leslie.

Bob, I read from my blog log but then I also try to catch a few post from people that I don't know.  I have not been as busy as normal on AR lately.  I decided that I wanted my 300,000 points to coincide with our son getting out of Iraq so I had to slow my points down for a few months.  If you notice my point total you will see that it is getting close.  I thought it was only appropriate as I hit 50,000 when he got back the first time around and at 100,000 I had just found out that he had to go back.  You won't find a post at my 100,000 point though but I know!

Hey Bob!

Another great post. I guess it is the price of success. With so many members sharing so many stories it is hard to keep up these days.

I go to my suscribed blogs first and then scan.

Marchel you amaze me everytime I read anytime you write.  I understand totally how you feel.  I will be watching that point standings increase and will continue to pray for a safe return.  I have had your son on my prayer list and see no reason to ever remove him.  I know these men and women returning from Iraq need all the help we can give even when they come home for good.  Will your son be re-enlisting or is it time now to let the service  of his country go?  That is a tough decision for any person to make, especially one like your son who has given so much.  Gods speed to your son, and to you Marchel.  Our family has come to love you and your family.  Keep us posted please.

Tony- you my friend are way too kind.  I know what you mean with so many here now.  I too go to my subscribed blogs, but make sure I try and get to someone new to encourage, and most of all see what I can learn from them.  thanks for coming by and I wish you all the best.

Active Rain is a time bandit, but I personally feel its worth the investment.  I've vented, I've shared, I've made some great friends and keep meeting more.

Patricia- yes there are so many more people than just a few years ago here on Active Rain, and lots of good news to read.

Grace- You do the same as I have for years.  I try and find our new writers here and help welcome them.  I just went over my list of subscribers I have been reading for several years.  There are so many not writing any longer.  I hope they have located worth while employment that gives them satisfaction.  Thank you for keeping Cyndi in prayer, she is a true survivor.  My heart goes out to those that did not make it, I hurt inside each time I hear of someone we have lost.  Thanks again, and god bless.

As always another great post Bob- I also can get overwhelmed with all the great content that is on this site. You can start looking for something or someone and you can spider web all over the place. Next thig you know an hour or two has went by. You read a bunch of great posts and never found or forget what you started looking for.

Being fairly new to AR, I am still trying to find a group that I search for often. My list is short, but you are one. My best to Cindi, Take care & Blessings to you both

Hey Sharon and Greg- It is always nice to hear from you.  I too have my special friends I care so much for and wish their business to grow.  I support as many new comers as I can, and I try my best to read something that does not seem to be of interest as well, and it usually ends up being a special post.  LOL.  Take care, let me now how your doing whenever you can.

Bob - You know, every time i retreat, i tell myself i will downsize when or if i come back to Active Rain.... but it never fails, i get "caught-up" again and again because there is so much content here, and i'm such a commenter.  I kind of scan my subscribed list and end up adding more to the list because they have said something so touching to my posts....  We will never keep up because there are just too many good folks out here... like YOU!
