1. Never laugh at anyone's dreams, a dream is a wish your heart makes
2. Never apologize for being early for an appointment, you should be early
3. When at a conference, choose a chair in a different part of the room after each break, mingle with as many people as you can - referrals, referrals, referrals
4. Volunteer. Sometimes the jobs no one wants conceal big opportunities and you'll meet wonderful people
5. Carry Handi-Wipes in your glove compartment - just in case
6. Have a professional photo made of yourself and update it every 4-5 years - a realistic photo where you're recognizable not a glamour shot
7. Never sign or present contracts with blank spaces
8. Don't judge people by their relatives or job
9. Get as much additional training as possible, never turn down free training. The more you know, the less you fear
10. Never give your credit card number over the phone if you didn't place the call
11. Everyone that you meet is afraid of something, loves something and has lost something

21. Don't do business with anyone who has a history of suing people
