Tumbling Down

Read my take on the most recent Case-Shiller Report which revealed that San Francisco saw home values lose more than 30 percent in December. I take a look at how the Alameda Median Sale price has performed in the last two years. The Island saw a 10% decrease from December 2006 to the same month in 2008. The year-over-year change was 4.3%.
