6 Comments on Finance 101: Buy Low and Sell High
James, I like the Credit-worthy, in your prudent, Savvy and Patient. It is the missing link in most investors portfolio.
James, I like the "Buy lower, sell higher" concept! Makes sense to me!
James, makes perfect sense to me.
Buying now is buying low. There will be a time for those to sell high, but you need to buy in order to sell high....good post.
James - there is no time like now to buy property - surely the market will rebound and with time people once again will see equity building in their investment. I love your reminder that in the meantime they will have a comfortable home to live in and enjoy.
I think part of the problem with the housing market is that too many people were treating real estate like stocks -- buy low, sell high. Real estate is not stocks. It is not an investment to be bought and sold every two years. It is a place to live, raise a family, and perhaps even die. The sooner we can get this generation to realize that, like our parents and grandparents did, the sooner real estate will return to normal. Alas, I'm afraid that this entitlement generation will never be "normal." Normal has now been redefined.
