What has the Pamela Williamson Team been doing?

We have been training, reading books to help us shift in this market, looking at homes in the areas we cater too, answering hundreds of consumer questions, helping present and potential clients.

Most of the questions we have been receiving are very disturbing and we are sad to see that so many of you have had less than stellar experiences with people in the real estate business. The good news is that there are fabulous realtors in every state and what you can do as consumers is arm yourself with knowledge and know that there are agents, brokers, appraisers, and anyone else in the real estate business who are honest and will give it to you straight! 

You must remember to be impressed with substance over flash every time! Ask the right questions and you will usually be able to tell what realtor is really looking out for your best interests. When you hire a realtor it is VERY important to be honest about your expectations and what is important to you so that you and your chosen realtor are on the same page and know what to expect from one another.

We know that most of you are hearing that now is not the time to buy and that there aren't any buyers out there. That just isn't true!! The Pamela Williamson Team has been primarily working with buyers in this market and they are ready and able to buy. As a matter of fact most of them are very excited because they know that they are getting more for their money right now.
