The Edmond Real Estate market continues to show very significant signs of growth as we approach the middle of May, 2007.  As you can see, the Lone Oak Ridge comparison from 2006 to 2007 is favorable in almost every category. The absorption rate is fantastic! The number of sales stayed pretty consistent and the sales prices and prices per square foot reflect a respectable increase, while the days on market figures also showed improvement. As always, it is highly important to properly price homes to sell and these positive indicators sure make it easier to do so.
