The Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR) reported that existing home sales rose in January 2009, making it the fifth month in a row that sales activity showed increases in the year-to-year comparison.  This is great news for Florida real estate agents. My market area, Hillsborough County, has also shown increased sales over the past five months. There are a lot of great deals out there, some homes are pricing out at less than $50.00 a square foot. I see a fantastic Spring and Summer for real estate agents, lenders, and of course buyers.
