I am starting to see light at the end of the real estate tunnel. Our office sales are up over 300% for Feb 2009 comparable with Feb 2008. A definite increase in new home sales, banked owned and short sales. We have listings with multiple offers. One REO had over 15 offers. Our agents are working hard and loving it. I see a fantastic Spring and Summer buying season. If the stimulus plan does what it is supposed to do things should be wonderful all over. I'm ready to break our in a chorus of Zippity Doo Dah ZippityAy My oh my. What a wonderful day...

Good to hear, congratulations! I'm hearing this more and more from realtors around the country. January and February were the best months for us in over a year! Buyers I think are realizing the great opportunities out there- the REO deal sare much easier to deal with too, which has simplified the whole process.

Yea, tell everyone. Our area has not seen much on the downside, until the last part of 07, but showings and offers are picking back up. Please let all the media know, this would sure help more. Just hang in there and keep working hard, it will all pay off to all us Good Agents who are in this full time and not part time.
