There seems to be more buyer activity, as it is the time of year when customers want to relocate and make their move before the end of the summer.
A summary of the activity shows an increase in inventory by 45.9% over the last 12 months, reflecting 12,498 more single family homes for sale in Broward County. Sales have deceased by 26% and the median sales price has also deceased by a little less than 1%, resulting in a median sales price in Broward County of $265,000.
