Blogging is great. I love reading and writing posts but for the last few days (weeks) I was burned out or just too busy at work.  However I did find time to podcast with a couple of great Active Rain members.

Last week I had the opportunity to travel to Baltimore, MD to meet Margaret Rome in person.  Before I left she and I did a podcast on how to Build Your Real Estate Investing Power Team. If you don't follow Margaret's blog I recommend you check it out.

Yesterday Carolyn Tann-Starr flew (we all know her energy...) into my office and after having some fun we recorded a quick podcast on Real Estate Investing and Social MediaIf you don't know CTS then you are not a true Active Rain member.  She is always up to some interesting or fun adventure on her blog.

Enjoy the podcasts and let me/us know what you think.

PS - if you are in the NYC area and want to pop by for a podcast session just let me know.

Wow! The Margaret Rome interview! How cool is that? Very! Thank you for the kindness of linking my interview with her interview on the same post. That is quite an honor. I'm calling my Mom and Dad. Gotta get Granny Tann in on it as well. Thank you, Josef! :-)

Josef, I just took Margarets Type E test....OUCH.  I'm a Mystic...(no shock there for me, but amazing how dead on it was!).

Mmm... a Mystic. Very interesting, indeed. The Type E exam was enlightening, wasn't it? I'm borderline E myself (LOL). ERCG, I have to admit I was a bit surprised I had not heard about it before Margaret, but when I looked into the subject I discovered a whole world of personalities I was oblivious to. Very useful to learn about, indeed. :-)

Thanks all.  It is always fun getting together with AR folks and chatting about real estate, networking, marketing and social media.  I had fun doing both interviews and look forward to talking with other AR members in the future.

Sheldon, my love, you are very welcome (LOL). I can't wait to hear your Trump U interview!

Laugh Lunch is going to be a blast as well. Won't that be a stellar video/podcast event. I'm trying to clear next Sunday of all appointments. I'll e-mail you later and we can check our books and see if that date is agreeable. :-)

Margaret, wouldn't that make for a fascinating study? Oh my word, I wonder how many members we can get to take the test. I may have to blog a Club Chaos challenge. Maybe they can post the results of the test right here so we can keep count. (Wow... would that constitute a new way to jack a blog? LOL)

Josef, may we conduct a Type E social networking experiment on your blog? Seriously. Can you imagine what that would mean if CC has a high percentage of Type E personalities? Oh my word... Type E Social Networking may be my next blog post title. I will have the challenge ready to go first thing Saturday morning. This could be fun (LOL).

I love Carolyn Tann-Starr to itsy bitsy pieces, and am thrilled to have the pleasure to speak with her now and then. Margaret Rome is also an exemplary agent whose brilliance shines upon all those she touches.

That Type E test is astonishing. The only part of it that doesn't apply to me is the short-term relationships. I changed that part of my life. But everything else sure does.
