Don't Chase the Market

In a market like this, if you are a seller its important to price your property correctly, even if its painful, to avoid chasing the market . It may make you feel better to list your property higher but in reality the market will determine what the property is worth. Putting the correct number on it right from the start will save you money and avoid any unnecessary delays in selling your property.
