What types of Local Information to Provide Users?

There are lots of options for providing valuable real estate and community information to real estate buyers so they can make the best choice possible.  For instance both Truila and Zillow offers information for searchers (I haven't seen anything comparable by Active Rain that ranks well in the real estate markets that I've looked at).  Also City Data and Google Maps offers a wealth of important data for home buyers.

What city data do you provide?  What city data should you provide?  Where should you get the city data?

I think its a good idea to let buyers know that you are always available to provide them with the most up to date information about the current market.  However, to post information on your website is sometimes difficult as the information can quickly become outdated.  Sites like Zillow and Trulia, although not always extremely acurate, are dynamic sites.  They are able to better provide up to date real estate market updates.
