The Eagle High School donation fund for Cody is still open, and donations are welcome. Way to go, Idaho! All anyone has heard lately is that Cody is "doing better" and I'll try to get more information on Monday, March 2. If anyone has heard anything, there seem to be a lot of concerned citizens whose hearts and thoughts are going out to Cody and his family, and we'd sure love to hear; feel free to write in the comments section below. I absolutely love our community. I moved here from AZ almost 3 years ago and I have witnessed numberous occasions that not only the community members coming forward to help, such as this, but also the youth. I am constantly amazed at the support and the creative ideas our youth implement to help in various devastating situation. The bakesale, the donation drive, the special shirt just to mention a few for Cody and then today, in remembrance of the 5 youth killed 2 years ago, the Probst and Walker kids, the youth are dressed in more formal attire today. I am so proud of our community.

Kudos for the blog post about Cody. Not a day goes by that I don't think about him and I pray that he has a complete recovery.

Well, thank you for your comments Janene and Leslie--couldn't agree with you more. On the community, I've been speaking to a lot of people from different states this week on the phone; very thankful personally, that my family and I live in Idaho, for so many reasons. This week though, seems to be cost of living concerns and so on.
On Cody: I've not heard much lately, and wonder if you or others who tune in here have. Last I did hear, he was doing much better than originally thought. Let's keep the faith, and definitely keep him and his family in our prayers, and let's all just hope that he is feeling our healing vibes.
