I tried a while back but did not get much response... My team and I do a lot of short sale business and take it very seriously... training, coaching etc...

Would love to network with other agents and build a network of referral agents to send leads to as well as share ideas etc...

Is anyone going?

Would you like to plan a lunch or dinner on day?

If there is already a group and you have room for 3 more please let me know that as well...

Thanks and look forward to seeing you there?

Mark

I won't be there this year, but if you have any referrals for short sales or reos in Precott, AZ, I'm your man!  Have fun in Vegas!

MARK,

How did it go in Vegas? Can you speak about it, or did it stay there?

Sidney,

Funny you should ask... No, my team and I were pretty boring... never even made it to the tables...!

I had been with KW for years and did thier conferences and always got a lot out of it.  There were several differences from KW to RE/MAX

  • General sessions w/ Remax were much better...
  • The individual classes were better at KW.
  • The willingness to network was better with KW... found some great people with Remax but was much easier with KW...

The best part of the convention was the CDPE class on Sun and Mon... We do a lot of short sales and have already done coaching for 18 months, been through several classes already...  That was really great!  Good ethics, realistic and accurate information... surprising how much inaccurate info there is out there... even in classes.  You expect it in places like AR... just not in the classes...

Anyone serious about short sales should take that certification.  No questions asked the best out there and I have done and/or looked at a LOT!!!

See you are a KW guy... how was family reunion?
