Compared to others my traffic on Activerain might not be much.

While I can't completetly quantify this yet, it looks like through the use of activerain and a couple of other social media sites the average days to get an offer has decreased from about 90 to 30. What is more amazing is that five of the seven properties I have posted have offers on them making the active to offer days 10.8.

I'd like to track this for another 90 days before publishing any formal numbers so that I have a big enough sample to be relavant.

If you are a Real Estate Agent in the Houston Area that specializes in listing Foreclosed properties and would like to benefit from some free social media promotion of your listings, let me know.
