My ActiveRain Stats

Compared to others my traffic on Activerain might not be much.

While I can't completetly quantify this yet, it looks like through the use of activerain and a couple of other social media sites the average days to get an offer has decreased from about 90 to 30. What is more amazing is that five of the seven properties I have posted have offers on them making the active to offer days 10.8.

I'd like to track this for another 90 days before publishing any formal numbers so that I have a big enough sample to be relavant.

If you are a Real Estate Agent in the Houston Area that specializes in listing Foreclosed properties and would like to benefit from some free social media promotion of your listings, let me know.

Just thought I'd share my stats and say thanks to the Active Rain folks for a great community.

If social networking doesn't do anything but reduce market times with more exposure on your listings Thats great.

Hmm. I haven't check my stats in a while. I will have to do that.

Never really thought about social media marketing as a way to decrease time of homes on the market. Interesting.
