I owe 40,000 on my house and i paid 200,000. If we loose our jobs how can the bank forclose on us . They cant forclose on everyone . Would the bank rather have people living in it. 

If that would happen to me I would STRIP THE HLOUSE OF EVERYTHING DOWN TO THE SHELL OF THE HOUSE.
