Hey everyone, I got so much support from everyone that knew my husband Matt was over in Iraq, just wanted to  give you a quick update and let you know he is home safe and sound.  He actually got home end of August, outprocessed out of the Army, (a year and a half late!!) and just took a position with DynaCorp.  So we are thrilled to have him home and wanted to share with you all!

Congratulations on the safe arrival of your husband.  If you, or anybody else you know still has family or friends out at sea, in Iraq or where ever, I came across a really great site.

This is a site that's sponsored by Xerox and you just write in your name, click what message you would like to send and then hit "send" and it emails a card that will get sent to the troops.

I think that it would be great if everybody could take a second in their day to show their appreciation and respect for the troops and all they have done...we are very grateful. :)

Keep your sweet husband safe and warm. I don't have anyone there in Iraq and I don't really support it's activity. I would like to get all our troops back here and stay with their wiwes and gerlfriends and support our country. They are our boys...

Thanks guys!  I don't know that I agree with the cause, but having a husband that has spent 2 years overseas, I know what he tells me.  He tells me that we are making progress in making their lives better, an obviously this is not shown on T.V., but many families in Iraq and the Middle East embrace us, and honor them when they come into town because they are helping to better their country.  Hearing my husband say that while he was gone made it a little easier to sleep at night.
