I can't believe that I just found a 2 bedroom condo in a really great area in Naples for $56,900!! Affordable housing is definitely available in Naples! Should someone want to finance that over 30 years, at 5.5%, the mortgage payment without taxes would be approx. $295.00 per month! Condo fees are $891 per quarter but that is still more affordable than most rent payments!
