Before and after vacant stage

By
Home Stager with Ready Set Stage

Here is a house we just finished for a builder.  We gave him a great deal because he is pretty desperate and needs to sell this house.  For the small budget, I think it turned out nice and I hope we get it sold for him.  Andrew, my professional photographer, has not been by yet to take pictures, but I'm sure when he does, it will look even better.  ;)

Chrissie,

It looks fantastic.  Now I can't wait to see what Andrew does to make it even more fantastic (he's good at that!)

Vacant just doesn't show well at all.  What you have done is wonderful.  Great job

Beautiful job!  Those bookcases always get me.  You can blow half your budget trying to give them that "homey" but not too cluttered look.

Melissa- I can't wait to see what Andrew does. He is awesome.

Virginia, Kathy, Wanda, Wendy, Diana- Thanks for the compliments

Kathy-No, I don't wrap my own soap, but that is a great idea.  Then put a little sticker on it with my business name. Thanks.

Patsy- I have a hard time with bookshelves.  We re-did those about 4 times, and I'm still not thrilled with them.  I think before I have it photographed, I'm going to change it again.

Chrissie, I look at these photos and once again think "how can anyone seeing this not realize that staging a vacant property is imperative?"  Great job!

I'm proud of you, you are learning well, Grasshopper...all the lights are on for your pictures!  =P

I look forward to rocking this joint on Tuesday (post-Monday snow day) when I get in to photograph it.  Should have the images ready on Wednesday.

Chrissie - Another great transformation.  And wow, I love the idea of wrapping our own soap and using stickers with our company name.  In fact, it could be just a piece of styrofoam covered with scrapbooking paper.  Sorry, I digressed.

Congratulations.  Your post is being featured in the group Staging Before & After Pictures.

JoAnne and Tessa- Thank you for the compliments

Andrew- I can't wait to see your photos.  They always make me look better.

Kathy-  Thanks so much for the post.  I was thinking the same thing about using scrapbook paper to wrap soap, but I love the idea about the styrofoam too.  I just might have to try it.  Let me know if you do too.

Chrissie, You did a great job with that home. Vacant homes can be really tough to sell and you did an outstanding job.
