I return comment for comment.Over two decades ago I predicted the end of AM and FM radio. That was when CDs hit the market.

I was wrong.

That could explain why I'm a Realtor and not Psychic Jim with my own neon-decorated home over on Washington Street.

Evening Jim,  I remember listening to ( former ) Mayor Roger somethingorother.  He had his own legal problems but developed into a pretty good radio talk show host.  Still liked Ted somethingorother as the best sports guy- mostly on TV.
