Success will come to those that can make the most the circumstance at hand and turn the challenges of the circumstance into an opportunity.  

Grasp the circumstance that we are facing; look for the solution. Once we identify the solution, put that solution in the form of a plan and take positive action. 

Don't wait for a special moment or and extraordinary circumstance to occur. Grasp the moment and the circumstances at hand.

Our greatest opportunities come by turning the ordinary situation into extraordinary opportunity.
