Start today....with an Attitude of Gratitude....before both eyes are open..before your feet touch the floor in the morning...take 2 minutes...keep your eyes closed...take a deep breath and focus on the word GRATITUDE....what comes into your mind first....

YOUR SPOUSE OR SIGNIFICANT OTHER is yours because he/she chose you and you him/her to have the experiences you needed, the sharing you have to give each other and the growth you can only experience as a significant part of a dedicated relationship
YOUR FRIENDS provide the support you need, the criticism that is sometimes necessary and a soft place to fall when life gets in the way and seems to overwhelm you
Never mind the "stuff"....you have a roof over your head... maybe it is your dream roof, and maybe it is temporary or the roof that works for right now. You have the food you need to maintain a healthy body and be the very best person you can possibly be. Your clothes are those you have chosen that reflect you...the colors you like, the weight and textures that are most becoming and work with the season and the weather.
